Background
Music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, from grade school till today. Bass guitar is my favorite instrument to play. I also play the guitar, drums and keyboard. I have been blessed, as I had the opportunity to meet Prince at Paisley Park, and work for him as well. Watching him prepare for a show was a feat in itself. The vast amount of work he puts into it is what motivates me to keep pushing forward. I like all genres of music, but "Keeping it Funky" is what what drives me the most.
Whenever I was playing in my band, in church, or at my home studio, when it was time to strike that chord, it's possible that anyone within earshot might of overheard me saying "Let's Go...Chop Chop". After a few times saying that, the guys gave me a new name, thus "Mr Chop Chop" was born!
